Having never witnessed snow before, I was especially excited for winter to arrive. I still remember Jem and I telling ourselves each day that the snow was taking toooo long to come haha. Well, we finally caught sight of light snow sometime in early November? But it was only during the last week of November that snow started falling heavily enough to cover the landscape in white! (: It's a really lovely sight.

Winter wonderland <3 |
1) Not everywhere is covered in pure white like my pictures above & the typical postcards you see. The snow on roads/pavements are usually blackish because of the dirt and footprints!
2) It doesn't mean that once it starts snowing, it's gonna snow everyday! In fact, we noticed today that all the snow accumulated over the past few days have melted. :/ It felt kinda like autumn again.
3) It's not true that at temperates below 0 degrees, it will snow! Snow only forms between a range of temperatures close to 0 degrees.
And oh, the weather here is very cold! I think Montreal is one of the coldest places in winter. Sometimes the temperature falls to -13degrees, and it's only gonna get worse. Can't imagine the freezing weather in Mont Tremblant when we head there to ski. Buttt I'm so stoked to ski nonetheless. It's a must-do winter activity for me. (:
Till the next time, Ciao!
