Been keeping myself occupied with 'Project Runway Season 11' and 'Project Runway All Stars' for the past few days! I really love how Hulu allows me to catch up on my favourite American TV shows hehehe.
Anw 2 days back, I finally tried Namnam. $9.90 nett for a lunch set - super good deal! I didn't even know such restaurants (who don't charge for service for GST) exist in town anymore. The pho was great, but not the best I've had. I liked that it had no msg though! And for such a wallet-friendly price, I forsee myself coming back again. :)
Set meal also came with a salad that I didn't capture. |

Finally wore this maxi dress from VGY! |
Brought my maxi dress out to play. So glad I decided not to sell it away cos the material is fabulous and the prints are pretty!
Also made pizza after exams. It's really easy to prepare!
Step 1: Prepare pizza dough using bread flour/all-purpose flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar & olive oil. For the exact proportions, you can google it. Simply mix all these ingredients together thoroughly and you'll have a really awesome pizza dough.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of butter on the baking tray, and then roll out your dough. The butter is to prevent the dough from sticking to the tray afterwards.
Step 3: Spread tomato puree over the dough and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
Step 4: Place the tray in the oven for 3-5 min to let the cheese melt a little first. Think we set the temperature to 200 degrees celsius.
Step 5: Take the tray out from the oven and add ham, bacon, mushrooms (and basically whatever ingredients you like) hahaha. We also added a second layer of mozzarella cheese because we are huge cheese-lovers!
