Travelogue: Cuba

Cuba is a country I would never have travelled to if not for my academic exchange programme in Montreal, Canada. Simply because it's way too far from my home country, Singapore. There are many popular beach attractions surrounding Singapore, such as Boracay, Phuket and Bali that I can visit for a similar resort experience.

Having said that, my trip to Cuba was extremely memorable. It felt like one of the most relaxing trips I've been on. During my usual travel trips, I'd be so busy rushing from place to place to catch all the different tourist attractions that I find myself so tired at the end of the day. At Cuba, my time was spent mostly by the pool and beach, and admiring the beauty of mother nature. I also disconnected myself from social media entirely because no free WIFI was available. If you love the sun and sea, and are looking for a relaxing getaway, then Cuba is definitely the place to come to. :)

I shall let pictures do the rest of the talking!

Isn't the sea just so stunningly blue? :)

Hope I haven't bombarded you with too many pictures! But they very aptly sum up the amazing experience I had in Cuba. If you have any questions regarding visiting this country, feel free to ask me about it. :)

Have a good week ahead everyone xxx.
